We provide worldwide shipping and strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
The time frame of order delivery is divided into 3 parts:
> Proof: 1 day (please check your email). After purchase, we will send you an email to confirm your design.
> Processing time: 1-3 business days. Production time is usually 1-3 business days after proof approval.
> Shipping time: 5-10 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase at annabelle@trodiss.com.
Once production begins, we may not be able to modify the design.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
