We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. We process orders between Monday-Friday and do not ship on weekends. We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping for all orders.
The time frame of order delivery is divided into 3 parts:
> Proof: 1 day. After purchase, we will send you an email to confirm your design, please check your email box.
> Processing time: 1-3 business days. Production time is usually 1-3 business days after proof approval.
> Shipping time: 5-10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase at info@bosstamp.com.
Once custom book embosser production begins, we may not be able to modify the design.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
